LBT Kft. that has been a leading player of the orthopaedic care market for decades is introducing its latest research and innovation: a robust database of last and shoe models designed with medical precision and equipped with an MDR compliant digital sizing and customization process followed by ERP (production management software) supported production preparation that results in a higher and more consistent production quality and can replace custom made shoe production for the vast majority of patients.
A combination of an interactive digital shoe configurator, an MDR-compatible ERP-ready production planning process and our robust and validated shoe model portfolio all worked into and made available as a software and service for our partners to support faster and more efficient custom orthopaedic shoe production at a reduced cost.

Compared to traditional manual design, the biggest advantage of our 3D shoe design system is that it enables the design of nicer and better models, and it's also easier to transition necessary changes for the one-piece-flow.
The form, sizes and ratios of a footwear is defined by a last.
Our last concept developed in the past few years, our huge last park and the computer preparation of patterns adapted to different lasts results in us being capable of making perfectly designed custom-made shoes for plenty of unique size variations.
While designing our models, we paid special attention to avoiding internal seams and pressure points.It's highly difficult to make a well-designed, durable, and aesthetic sole with traditional techniques. Over the last years we developed a sole family which meets most needs.
Our favourite, the cupsole with a hidden rocker, is fully in line with professional requirements, has a sporty appearance, also hides the extra depth of the shoe, and is nominated for the Industry Design Award.
Our special antibacterial lining materials with ventilation functions and laminated lining are supplied by Moron, one the most prominent manufacturers in the business. The upper part of the shoes is made of high quality, durable, qualified leather, one of our most prominent suppliers is Dani from Italy.

After installing the software it can be used with a valid license code. In default of a valid licence code the installed software publishes an activation code which must be used through the GENETECH.hu page and we provide the proper license code, it must be written into the licence.txt placed to the istallation directory. Having the appropriate file the system works properly.
